"I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza for varying periods over the last 3 years. I have also referred the hotel to 5 of my colleagues who now stay here. After 30 hours of travelling, I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. It's also nice to be greeted at breakfast and in the hotel foyer by various long-term staff. My only disappointment is that the beautiful bar area is not always open when I am there. ...

"The room was fine and the location was perfect for us. We had an issue with the TV & the heat. I suggest they leave direction on how to use things in the room if they are not going to have someone available to take care of these issues."

"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Elevator was broken, our room was on the seventh floor. Reading older reviews it seems to be a common issue. Flat was the very definition of quantity over quality. Yes, it was a big space but the owner puts ikea land lords to shame. Pillows the size of postage stamps with no fill, broken couch, holes in the sheets, holes in the shower curtain that had half fallen off, no water pressure. It all goes on. "The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled "
