"My wife and I spent 4 nights at this unit from Saturday 10/26/24 thru Wednesday 10/30/24. We had tickets to the Sunday night Taylor Swift concert. We couldn’t have been happier staying here. Perfectly located and walking distance to the French Quarter and The Superdome. Great communication throughout our stay and the unit was very clean and had all the amenities that were advertised. We are already taking about coming back and staying here again! Thanks for hosting us during one of our best...

"We had a quick trip in NOLA right before our cruise. The Jazz Nest was a great place to relax and unwind after exploring the city. Only complaint was upon arrival trying to unlock the door. Once we got inside there was a note in the book of tips left on how to best work the lock (that would have been beneficial to be sent prior to check-in)"

"Property itself was great and so were the staff. My only complaint is that I had booked for a week stay and upon my arrival i was told my stay was split in two and that id have to pack and move into another room when it was time. This was due to it being a time share. It would have been nice to know prior but it was fixed by that staff and all went well. It was a pleasant stay and would do so again. "

"The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the host, Troy, was wonderful. Trolley is 3 blocks away (have exact change for the $3 ticket or use the rta app) which gets you to the Quarter in less than 15 min and is a pleasant ride. And the cemeteries are a little ride away too. Lots of places to pick up the snacks and other things you want if you don’t want to order them delivered. Would stay again and again!"

"We had an amazing weekend at our VRBO. Prime location and close to most everything. Riding the trolley was a bonus!! Just a short walk, a few blocks down to canal and we rode the trolley everywhere. We walked the neighborhood at night from Canal and felt completely safe. Beautiful location! The upper patio was the icong in the cake. We loved sitting outside and enjoying an adult beverage ❤️ Thanks for hosting a great weekend 🎃👻"

"The house had great old style charm in the heart of New Orleans. Neighborhood was safe. Comfy beds, plenty of towels although some shed. Bruce was very responsive and patient despite my being a first time Vrbo user. Would stay here again! "

"Great property with a private parking spot, close enough to Canal St can be there in 5 minutes, far enough away you can sleep quietly at night. Great location for kids with a hide a bed in the master bedroom to keep an eye on them at night. We will rent this location again next time we are in New Orleans."
