I called the host and while he didn’t speak English, my French is good enough that I was able to understand that he was not expecting any guests and the apartment was NOT available. He said he would call me back but never did. We were able to find (expensive) accommodation of the night but needless to say I am unhappy and need a refund. "

It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. "Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch: nur zwei Wassergläser, keine Tassen, keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher ... Lediglich ein Stuhl - einen zweiten, leicht beschädigten haben wir im Hof gefunden. TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."
