"This studio is priced well for what it offers. It is clean, quiet, and if you lean out the window you can see the mountains. It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. The Velo'v bike rentals are two blocks away (in two directions). There is nothing...

"Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch: nur zwei Wassergläser, keine Tassen, keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher ... Lediglich ein Stuhl - einen zweiten, leicht beschädigten haben wir im Hof gefunden. TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."

"We enjoyed 3 nights in the apartment as our base for exploring Lyon.The apartment had everything we needed and was conveniently located near a small supermarket, a tram and metro station, and some local restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful especially when we encountered some issues external to the apartment. A great place away from the noise of the central area."

The space is nice and while the furnishings could use some updating. Overall the space is clean and in a safe neighborhood. "

"An excellent suite for guests altho only one toilet to share and one shower plus hand sprayer at tub. Great access to public transportation. Pretty good boulangerie/patisseries nearby. Not a good neighborhood for bistros but wonderful Montplaisir neighborhood a 15 minute walk away, with outdoor market Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Be sure to get entry instructions well before you arrive as there is no one at the apt building to meet you. Make sure you can phone the property manager to get help....
