"We were greeted so warmly by Eve or Evelyn (if I'm not mistaken) upon arrival at the hotel. She was at the front desk that time. She was really nice, accommodating and very helpful. We asked her if there were restaurants around the area that we can go by walking. She gladly went out to show us the direction we should go. She has such a friendly demeanour. All the interactions we had with her were positive. I must also include the other receptionists that we spoke with during our stay. They're all kind, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service, Eve and the rest of the receptionists! Plus, the place was clean and smelled good."

"We stayed overnight at this hotel because we had an early morning train travel to Quebec. It’s just across the train station and super convenient even with luggage. The hotel entrance has a ramp which was helpful. We didn’t realize that the Hotel lobby is on the 10th floor! There was a heated pool which we didn’t get to enjoy but it’s cool how some of the rooms have large windows facing the pool. Our room was facing the street but we didn’t mind. Room was spacious enough with a small coffee table and seating by the window. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was excellent with generous portions! We would definitely consider staying here again. "

"This was a nice place to stay, the overall experience was good. Restaurants, grocery and a few bar are nearby. We used the parking lot and unfortunately I had an issue with my car, it wouldn't start. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me a jump, help me get out and on my way. Great location near the college and transportation as well "
