"Located in a largely ethnically Turkish neighborhood of Brussels, the Hotel Meribél is located not far from the Brussels Nord station (one stop to the airport), the Botanical Gardens, and the Botanique metro stop. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Grand Place down the Rue Royale. The property itself looks to be renovated in a building constructed for another purpose, and my room was on the small side (though fairly typical for this kind of family-owned property).
