"Our stay in Nice was absolutely wonderful! The service we received was exceptional, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Katrina, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our unit was cozy and comfortable, and the property's location was perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and the tram station."

Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."
