"The hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. The hotel is close to some restaurants, but there is no place to walk nearby the hotel. The breakfast for €8.00 was very basic, no fresh fruit and no eggs but decent coffee. "

Particularly helped with the parking as it’s quite tricky when the small car park is busy. "Nice little Hotel, room was clean and fresh and the staff were very friendly. It was our first time here and were pleasantly surprised. Good location just off the N10 and just right for an overnight stay on our way to Spain. Will definitely put this on our favourites list "

"After initial booking, don't expect much more help from the booking agency. And if French is not your spoken language, hire or ask a french speaking friend to help with booking the vendors. The recommended caterers are ok. Book the times 30 minutes earlier to ensure it's on time. And make sure ALL details are in writing and explored, or you may be disappointed."

"Perfectly located to stay for an early train departure for CDG. 12 minute easy walk to Centre of Angoulême for large variety of restaurants. The area is not very desirable but it is opposite the train station $ that was the objective. Very clean room but unfortunately no fridge or tea/coffee facility in room."
