Easy to get into the very secure parking and the high tech after hours issuing of room cards (excellent). Really nice hotel, well appointed, high quality rooms and helpful friendly staff."

The level of service was exceptional and the general manager Edgar was extremely kind, informative, helpful and compassionate, and all front of house, waiting and other staff were helpful and polite. The enclosed swimming pool (open 24hrs) and sauna were fab as was the breakfast buffet. An amazing experience. "
