The B&B Hotel was comfortable, clean and handy to St. Jean de Luz. The breakfast was very good. Also, there was a huge supermarket just up the street and across the highway.

Hotel good, reception guy bored with his job !
A BIG thumbs up to the room cleaner, excellent clean room and seeing her working before we left she is clearly a great asset to the company. Unlike the guy behind reception who obviously does not consider customer service important and too bored with his job to be helpful. A different situation with the female receptionist in the mornings who was most pleasant. Breakfast was acceptable but lacked the normal ham offering.

Hôtel bien sous tout rapport. Cependant, un deuxième coussin pour chaque personne aurait été souhaitable. Nous les avons demandés : il n'y en avait plus car, sois disant, plusieurs les avaient réclamés.
