"Our contact person was very late and arrived without the key. Once we were finally able to get in the place was filthy. Clearly not cleaned from the last guests, and worse, not properly cleaned for a very long time (Covid clean-no way!). Kitchen and bathrooms nasty. The topper was when a trapped pigeon came out of the kitchen stove hood dropping feathers and feces all over before flying out of a window. Never again. Stay far away from this place!"

"My stay in the apartment was perfect. Perfectly situated to walk everywhere. So close to food, shopping and all the main sights. Although I was out most of the time it was a very roomy apartment with all that is required in the kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom and hot shower. Air conditioning in entire apartment came in very handy as well as the luggage elevator. Great communication throughout my stay. "The booking process was a nightmare because the Web site wouldn't accept my credit card. Jacobo saved the day by phoning me and it took my card over the phone. Who knew? He was a delight as a host.
