"everything went well, great location especially if you were going to watch the rugby as stadium is on 280 steps . polite and attentive staff. pool was warm and clean. Nightlife only a few minutes walk away - busses close and very good . 20 mins to airport by bus and 30 mins to Biarritz beach "

"Hotel was very clean, staff friendly with varying amounts of English (we were trying to speak French so managed fine). 5 minute walk to lovely beaches, few restaurants close by. Long walk to biarritz or supermarket. good breakfast which was 15€ per person for us as our stay didn’t include breakfast. "
