"Excellent location if you wish to be near the railway station. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. When walking into our room it smelt wonderful, it was a really lovely aroma , we loved it. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. One small problem for my husband who has mobility issues was the toilet was very low ( minor issue ). We arrived around two ish and the lady on reception at that time said our room would not be ready before 3 o,clock."

Not dealbreakers, of course, but in a competitive market for hotel accommodation, Ibis should be providing these things. Also, everything is a "pay for" extra, it seems... baggage storage, for example. Ouch. "
