I need my money back!!!
I refused to stay in the room i booked in Sylvabelle hotel in Marseille because it was filthy, stuffy, and did not feel safe. The pictures shown on the booking site had nothing to do with the hotel i arrived to. I tried to get a refund and i was told online i was too late. I m extremely angry, upset and feel i have been roped. I did not stay in the hotel so i dont understand why i was charged for the dtay????

J'ai beaucoup d'expérience en déplacements... et je sais que les photos sont souvent embellies. Mais là, c'est une vraie honte ! Aucun problème pour aller de temps en temps dans des petits hôtels, il en faut pour tous les budgets. Je veux juste le savoir !

Franchement à éviter je l ai signalé à l inspection d hygiène et de sécurité de Marseille J ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi dégueulasse j au même pas osez allé au toilette alors la douche encore du papier qui traîner par terre dans dans la douche et les couloirs c vraiment écœurant J ai dormi tous habillée avec la veste car en plus il faisait froid J avais jamais vu ça,sérieusement éviter cette endroit niveau sécurité pareil même pas se porte dans les dortoirs et la porte d entrée ouverte toutes la nuit j ai dormi 1 ou2 heure et à 6h du matin jsuis parti Comment en 2024 cela peut encore exister A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT

Si cet hôtel a une hater, c’est moi. Si cet hôtel n’a plus de hater, c’est que je suis morte. Sale, lits malpropres, planchers souillés, aucun matériel pour cuisiner, toutes les portes sont débarrés et tout le monde peut entrer sans clefs. Pire séjour à vie. J’ai changé d’hôtel pour la 2e nuit.

Mon séjour a été atroce, j'ai quitté l'hôtel qui était infesté de punaises de lit. J'ai dû payer une autre chambre d'hôtel pour passer la nuit puis j'ai dû mettre mes affaires à laver à 60 degrés, les objets au congélateur et tout désinfecter en rentrant chez moi.

Run Away do NOT stay here!!
This hostel was DISGUSTING! The bathroom smelled like a porta potty. There were only 2 toilets and 2 showers for 10 beds, and one of the showers didn’t work and one of the toilets didn’t work. Of the shower that did actually work I couldn’t get hot water and it didn’t have a shower head. As a result there was always standing water on the floor. Booking said they give towels for bathroom they do NOT. They don’t even have soap in the bathroom for people to wash their hands when you use the toilet. Not to mention it’s a pigsty from construction, although I have no idea what they are working on because it’s absolutely filthy.

Basic but friendly
Very basic room with bed, shower, sink, shelf and bedside table. But, a massive sports event during my stay meant any available alternative hotel accommodation prices extremely expensive. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and my decision to simply get on with the accommodation was readily taken and did not spoil my stay - I also recognised that fellow travellers at the hotel were equally polite and respectful.
