"This property is a very lovely house with beautiful spacious gardens and a wonderful pool. Everything we could wish for was provided and all in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and easy travelling by public transport to to coast. All communication with the host was easy and with prompt responses. We loved it and thank Christophe for providing us with many family memories."

"We were met at the villa on arrival and given recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, patisseries and butchers. The villa is exactly as it looks on the website. You definitely need a car here but Mougin (amazing place with loads of restaurants) is only 5 mins away. The hosts were great, we only needed them for check in and departure, but they responded immediately. I would highly recommend this villa and was perfect for our party of 3 couples."

"Cute little house with everything in it. Linen is not included & no towels. Double bedroom on ground floor with a wardrobe you can't close the doors as it isn't attached to the wall. Double bed on open mezzanine access via a ladder & crawl to the bed which was ok for our teenager. "This property was fantastic. It was clean and had eve dry thing we needed for the 4 days we were staying there. It is a 30 minute walk from old nice, however it was very close to the beach and the walk is beautiful. "

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it.
