"We loved the general layout and spaciousness of this place. Nice kitchen and heated pool - some of the bedrooms were really lovely - 1 was small and not suitable for an adult. However, the space had some type of dead animal smell that permeated the space for the 3 days and nights, to the point where people had to double up for the final night. Less than a block from Magazine Street, It is a very convenient location from which to visit NOLA's many attractions and fabulous restaurants (by car, streetcar, or Uber) and a great home base for enjoyable walks. "We were there for the first week in December for a wedding. This property is in walking distance to the majority of things we wanted to do (12 minutes walking slowly.) Just a few notes. For little children and elderly. There is a big bedroom on first floor because the staircases are a bit tricky. They are old and I think people had smaller feet in the past, LOL.
