Easy walking distance (literally 200 meters max) to town and all the things you might need (i.e. grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, market etc. That said, it is still in a quiet location. The garden is very private and not over looked, with different areas which can be used at different times of the day - or to get some peace and quiet. "This was a perfect stay for us. The villa is just outside the main town (which was much larger and livelier than we had anticipated, a good choice of supermarkets and an excellent bakery.) Th villa is very private. The pool is great, and having it heated makes a big difference, even though the weather was warm it meant there was never a shock getting in. "House is in a perfect spot just down the hill from Crillon with spectacular views due to a slightly elevated position. The pool was great and when surrounding landscaping is all finished will be lovely. House itself all worked fine our only complaint would be not enough things like glasses. Other than that a suitable base for the area."
