Each morning a short drive to the boulangerie In Bedoin and then sit outside the property looking down at the world going by with a coffee, fresh baguette, Comte cheese and a beef tomato you could not be anywhere better in the world. "The location is good, just an easy walk to the village. Kitchen is functional and stocked well for cooking and dining. Common space was decent for the three of us, though a bit small. Toilet room is ridiculously small. Only one partial roll of toilet paper was supplied. Only one towel per guest was supplied, no hand or other wash towels. We were informed that the pool was broken on the day we arrived. It actually seemed that a new building is being built next to the pool, and the pool was...

"The house in Montaulieu has beautiful views from the roof top terrace and a shaded terrace in the small garden in front of the house, which was very nice during the heat. The interior has a nice modern touch with a spacious kitchen and living room and a ensuite bedroom upstairs. Another bedroom is in the basement and has a separate entrance. "We had a great stay. Host was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean, welcoming and had everything we needed for a week's stay including dishwasher and washing machine (although, the addition of a kettle would be really useful for the British tea-lovers!). A peaceful location with fantastic views of Mont Ventoux, the shaded garden would be perfect in the summer. Parking is right next to the property and its just a short drive/cycle (around 2km) from Bedoin."

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"
