"positiv: host is very kind view is exceptionnel (straight view of the mont ventoux) no direct neighbour quiet neighbourhood great pool 11m long House outside looks like on the pictures. negativ: more than 5min walk to get to the center of Vaison-la-Romaine beds are not very comfortable ( mattress maybe too old?) air conditioning is only one unit! Not enough to keep the temperature pleasant. Above all when there are 40+ degrees…even at 30+ the air conditioning had some problems to cool down....

"We were part of 2 families staying at the house, 10 people in total. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and not feel that we were on top of each other. It’s an old house which meant lots of uneven steps to and from the garden, this wasn’t an issue for us but worth bearing in mind if traveling with young children. "Lovely clean comfortable gite. The garden and its outdoor living furniture were great. Easy walk up to Sault which was ideal. Caroline and Bruno were unobtrusive but there to help when needed. We would definitely recommend this gite. Thank you Caroline and Bruno"

"Wonderful house with excellent views. Very tranquil and peaceful. Superbly furnished and finished. Spotlessly clean. A little isolated though in that a car was essential to go anywhere; you can't walk to a restaurant, bar or shop. (Unless you're a very keen walker and don't mind walking along a main road). Friendly and efficient manager, although she can't speak English. She was appreciative though of my garbled attempts at French."
