We can almost always depend on a clean comfortable room, helpful representatives of the chain, a well-kept property in decent neighborhoods and a good value for the money we spend. This time was no exception. No fault of the hotel, but our two-night stay was cut short due to the airline having issues. But the hotel was great about communicating with us, and seeming genuinely concerned with our situation. "
