"The cottage was just as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved that the launch was minutes away and we could tether the boat right outside our door. A big plus was the ability to buy ethanol free gas on the water dockside just a bit over a mile away at the new restaurant/bar Reno’s on the River.. "

The location was great for quick access to local businesses and easy commuting. "There was trash still in our room from previous guests. The toilet was so shaky every time you sat on it, thought it was going to fall over. This really is a niche property where I'd only stay here for an event because everything is so far away from it. Events are also very loud from the villas if you're not attending the event."

"The owner messaged that the access code would be sent the morning of our arrival. When it hadn't arrived mid afternoon we started to message with no response. We finally got a phone call about 1 hour after check in time. Was starting to panic a little. Nice space, clean beds and linens. I'm not sure where the garden space is.
