"We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. "This hotel is very close to the train station as well as a Family Mart and 7Eleven. The food options in the are arent the fanciest if that is your thing, but there are good places to try tonkatsu or yakiniku etc. The hotel breakfast was also good. I was able to do laundry which was not expensive and the bed was probably the biggest Ive personally slept in in Japan. For this kind of hotel it was a very good deal."

"Everything at the hotel was amazing!!! We were a 4 minute walk to the train station. The only negative I have was that it was an hour train ride to Shabuya. There were restaurants and markets near the hotel which was very convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay here."

"Favourite hotel of our month long trip. Staff were incredible and super helpful. The stone sauna was lovely. And relaxing. I have tattoos so couldn’t use the onsen so I was very glad there was a private sauna in the baths that I could book and use. Amenities were great. Breakfast was fantastic even with diet restrictions (allergies and vegetarian). My partner and I found ourselves comparing every hotel after to Hotel Coco Grand. We are also a lesbian couple and we had no issues (we weren’t expecting any but it was very comfortable and welcoming)"

"The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms are small but have everything you need. There is a 7/11 right next to the hotel for food, as well as a small convince store in the hotel, that doesn’t charge outrageous prices. It’s also very close to Ayase station, which can get you just about anywhere, and isn’t very confusing or crowded. I loved the hotel and I love Ayase"
