"Service was excellent, from front desk staff to valet. They had the car already outside for us when we checked out. It seems to be an older building which they are working to improve. The hallways were stiffy and one of the bathrooms smelled pretty bad. We tolerated it since we were staying for just one night. "

"We stayed in the Royal Suite for 3 nights - it was a 5 star experience for our family. The pictures and description didn’t do it justice at all - fabulous 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms!!! Description only mentioned one bathroom so it was a very happy surprise. Smelt fabulous, the tv with Netflix the biggest we’ve ever seen, and the leather sofa super comfy. More incredible the Samsung clothes freshener in the room - we didn’t even have to go do any washing!!! Only wished there was a microwave...

"Hotel stay was cheap, location was decent, room was large, and there was parking. The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room. Next day, she says we can change our room, but we need to pack up all of our things by 11 am...

"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well. "

"We booked the parlor suite which allowed 6 people to stay in it but hotel asked for us to pay for any person more than 4. They also wanted us to pay for extra blankets when requested. We paid for another room instead as the room was too small for 6 anyways. They should not be advertising that the room is big enough for 6. Other than that the room was clean and beds were comfy. Nice that they have a coin laundry room and a CU connected to it. Also close to the markets and food street. "
