"The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil...

"Hotel is in a good location .Try using Dapsimni train station instead of Sindap both are close by.Room was fairly clean they just need to also mop under the beds.
