"The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were amazing , the rooms were a perfect size annd clean and the location was quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and some shops too. The location is good but a little far out from the main areas BUT there is a train station 5 mins away and buses nearby so it’s easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel !!"

Walking distance to great coffee (Swallow), boutiques, 7-11, amazing katsu, and the biggest Olive Young store!! "Very small room with little space for 2 people’s luggage but very cute and comfortable. Room service was bad. The beds were barely made (sheet roughly pulled over the pillows without tucking anything or straightening the pillows first). Lobby bathroom was in a terrible state. They did however hold our luggage for several days while we did a 3 day trip to Jeju Island. They can hold it for up to one week. Not every member of staff speaks English. Had to use Google translate back and forth a few...

A male worker (sorry I don't know his name) helped me weigh my luggage because I was not strong enough to lift it, which I appreciated a lot! "The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel.
