" Our stay at Derek and Lauren’s vacation home in Concan, TX, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful scenery, the well-maintained property, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a dream—plenty of space to lounge, grill, and enjoy the peaceful Hill Country atmosphere. The Frio River was just a short 5-minute drive away, making it easy to float, swim, and soak in the beauty of the area. Derek and Lauren were wonderful hosts—responsive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind and make amazing memories, this is it. "Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very scenic area. Great views "

"The property was close to Garner State Park and close to Leakey perfect getaway spot also, a short walk to the river on the property is very nice with metal benches to sit and view the Frio river."

"Since my wife wasn't with me, I was trying to find a place to stay that didn't break the bank. This was the cheapest place in town, so I gave it a shot. BIT WAS I SURPRISED! It was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were great. I'll stay here from now on and my wife will love it, too!"
