"I don't like saying bad things but the place was not clean. I had to move the couch to sweep up the food, plates, and bugs. I had to also sweep around the windows lots of bugs. The mattress cover on the pull out bed was full of hair and crumbs. I brought my sheets as stated but the previous people must have not done so. Other than that everything else was fine. "Address # is posted at the entrance so there was no problem finding the property even in the dark. This is a secluded home perched above the Sabinal river with views of the hill country. There is a steep rocky incline leading to the house that we knew about but still had us nervous traversing it each time. The property has numerous bird feeders for wildlife viewing! "The cabin was very well kept. Nice and clean with fully furnished bedrooms and kitchen. We will definitely book again! My family and I had a very memorable time there. The pool area was very pleasant. My only suggestion is bring your own groceries, salt & pepper too🙂! OH and most importantly dont forget to bring COFFEE!!! "

"First thing, the photos online do NOT give this property the credit it deserves. The property was amazing, clean, comforting, and perfectly located for local activities! Although the Frio was nearly bone dry the property made up for it all. Pool, volleyball, fire pit, outdoor seating with TV, bbq pit….what Frio?!?! Would definitely recommend!"
