"I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. "Beautiful tiny house and lovely property with outdoor kitchen, hot tub. Gated home, they provided code to enter driveway + code to access key to get inside property. Nice decorative touches inside for a cozy experience. Location is lovely but is quite remote, at the top of a hill in the mountains. Was able to find on Google Maps. Be mindful of driving the roads to Villzaul- single winding road must be shared by incoming and outgoing traffic."
