"My first impression was the welcoming to the location by the owner. Very clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. What i liked was that everything was close by. The private parking was a plus for me considering is at a main road. The noise was not bad at all considering its location. It felt very welcoming with all the details. "We stay here almost every time we're in PR. We don't like fancy and its perfect for us. We prefer small and friendly. The owner Angel is very kind and will do anything to help you if needed. We've stayed probably 6-8 ish times now and will continue coming here. Its away from the hustle of bigger cities but still a beautiful beach and view. "

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"We had a family of 9 adults, an infant and a 4 year old staying for 5 nights in January. We had a small wedding (the other family rented a VBRO next to ours) on the beach with a reception held on the roof top of this home. They have 4 tables with seating for 24 plus a large outdoor sectional and a couple chaise chairs all on the roof top! The lighting was not the best but we contacted Javier and Lupe and they strung light all around which made it even more perfect. The 3 suites on the ground...
