"Nestled in the neighborhood of Barrio Orbrero, this gem gives you a taste of local flavor and a sense of getting away from it all. The unit was very clean and surprisingly spacious for the square footage. When we arrived, the power was out in the neighborhood, but we didn't know b/c the unit is solar powered and had a back up battery. "We had a great stay at Puerta al Mar! The location is amazing—just steps from the beach. The pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax after a day in the sun. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient beach vacation! The size of the house is unbelievable."

Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans."
