"Soon after booking I Tony reached out with Eduardo and asked if we had any questions. They answered all of the questions I had leading up to the trip and stayed in contact during the trip to help with communication between my group and the staff. Unfortunately our Spanish was not very good, but Eduardo spoke perfect English, so with his help and google translate we were able to communicate effectively. Our Chefs name was Christina, she was so kind and her food was amazing. She was very patient with my broken Spanish and you could tell that she wanted to make our stay great. We let her pick the meals and let me tell you, that was probably the best decision we could have made. Everything was so fresh and tasted excellent. Her and they sou chef did such a great job, we could not have asked for better cooking staff. Fernando, our driver was outstanding. He was so gracious to our families needs. He was often working around the property and would check in each day to see if we wanted to go anywhere.After the first couple trips to town and getting to know him you could tell that he really enjoyed taking care of my family. I would ask about going to get groceries, surfing, sight seeing, etc. and he always knew where to go. He knew which people would treat us well and who to avoid. That made us so much more comfortable on our trip. I can not say enough nice things about the staff.The house and location were beautiful, and the staff were the best ever!"

"We can’t say enough about our stay at the villa. The house is amazing and the apartments beside the pool were beautiful as well. The grounds are impressive and well maintained. Jesus and Fernando were just the best! Every morning greeted us with fresh coffee and an extensive breakfast every day, but every day something different from French toast to pancakes to fried eggs or a scramble! You will need a translator app to discuss evening meal plans but not a real issue, and each night was delicious and satisfying. We downloaded the Komada app to order wine and snacks which worked really well for 500 peso delivery fee.. the chef deals with pesos, and every morning you settle up from the day before. For a family of 11 adults and 5 kids, we averaged about 13,000 a day so I would bring plenty of pesos down with you. There is a cash machine next door but it’s a 50.00 fee to withdraw cash! Just for reference sake, we didn’t really know what to tip at the end of our stay so we gave the chefs 900.00 Us and the cleaners 175.00 as we only had them clean our room 3 times. All in all, one of the best vacations we have ever had as a family and will definetly be coming back! "
