"The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Checking in was very well organised and communication with the owners throughout the whole booking process was very prompt and helpful "

"A gem of a villa - beautiful quiet secluded position with wonderful views. Musical bird song - we heard a Scops owl and, we think, a hoopoe. Found a praying mantis and a swallowtail butterfly landed near the pool! "The Villa as you would expect is beautiful tastefully decorates, we’ll positioned and very spacious, but it was let down by the maintenance of the property. Snooker cue tips broken Table tennis legs broken Smashed light bulb over outside dining table exposing the element Smashed light bulb over the outside bike and tree features Fridge shelf cracked No covers for duvets so sleeping with duvet raw Pool lights broken first night. "We have stayed in many villas and fincas in Santanyi and this is by far the best! Fabulous facilities, gorgeous entertaining areas outside, pool stunning and great size. Lots of equipment for cooking and eating. Shower and baths really good, Internet good, location fab close to small beach with bar/restaurant. Check in and check out so easy!
