No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. "The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "The villa was well equipped and furnished in a very quiet part of town. Plenty of outside space which was vey safe even for an under-2. The second bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and the rear yard which isn’t ideal. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea up and down some sloping streets."

"The property located in a beautiful spot with a lovely view. You can hear the sea waves. Very calming! Very good restaurants are nearby.No need to drive. The air con is helpful. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. However, the equipment is very very old. The washing machine is rusty. The bedding and towels have seen better days. There is a dreadful smell from in the en suite bathroom. There is strange a brown smear in the utility room. We did not find wine glasses or an ironing...

"We had a great holiday at this beautiful peaceful villa. The pool was cleaned regularly and communications with Simone and Raphael really easy over WhatsApp. Any questions we had were answered really quickly."

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment. When we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. After our first stay we wanted to stay again but I couldn’t find it online...
