"Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"Our room was very dated. It was clean but definitely requires an update. However, the space and service offered at the resort outweighed any disappointment with our accommodation. Lovely pools, a relaxed atmosphere, ample space for kids to run wild or couples to have peace and quiet. Low key, but spot on entertainment."

The staff were friendly and the rooms and most of the hotel grounds were very clean (the communal poolside toilets were not the nicest but I would say that’s more down to the guests than the staff).
