"Would be best if you have a car. We loved the onsite pool. Lots of room. Amenities are great. Host Maria was amazing and helpful. The surprise of breakfast food was so wonderful. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to beach and a few restaurants. Would probably want a car when venturing to the Port but well worth a visit. We biked to Port of Pollença and that was amazing. Would definitely recommend"

"For us, being away from the resort areas of Port Alcudia / Alcudia was a priority. We loved our evenings sat on our balcony with a sea view and cocktails and the peace that comes from being away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping areas. The cook needs to learn that some English people do speak Spanish, so when makes up her own version of cocktails and comments to her colleagues that the we don't know any different is not as funny as she thinks. Her generosity with the free pouring of booze makes up for her rudeness... Kinda. Breakfast is good value for money, but don't expect hot fried eggs, or a full cup of anything to drink. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped, even if it took us 4 days to find the kettle. turns out it's worth forcing that one cupboard door that doesn't open. Shower was great, although I'd say the hose and head are ready for an upgrade in apt 105. Overall great value for money and we intend to return, but will be upgrading to a villa for the late evening sun that the apartments don't get."

"This is a beautiful holiday home in a quiet location. It was a short steep walk to 3 excellent restaurants (La Terrazza, Alcanada35 & the beach bar) A few minutes drive to Old Alcúdia or the port area for lots more restaurants, jet skiing, boat hire & quad biking - we had a lot of fun! We also recommend visiting S’Illot beach & restaurant for snorkelling & hiking the hills behind and a visit to one of the organic vineyards for a guided tasting & meal - our favourite was Los Dos Cabelleros near Inca. It was hot & humid so we appreciated the aircon in all bedrooms as well as the living area although it was far less efficient in the master suite which gets full sun most of the day. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for 5/6 adults & the washing machine & line in the back garden are very useful. There are some excellent hikes/running trails nearby & good sea swimming from the pebble beach at the bottom of the hill. We had no hot water for 9 days with workmen arriving on our first morning to assess a problem which was known about before we arrived but which we hadn’t been alerted to. Vrbo offered to move us to another villa at the hosts expense but we declined thinking it would only be a couple of days. It was then a frustratingly slow process to get it fixed, not to mention unpleasant to have cold showers unless paying for a hotel room or gym pass. We felt the host couldn’t really be bothered to help us out & it spoilt our enjoyment of an otherwise excellent holiday. "

"The property is under construction which wasn't noted on the reservation page. Because of this the gym was not open which was one of my search criteria. Parking was very limited. "
