"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell. "

"Bordoy hotel was exceptional. The staff were really awesome and they made our stay very comfortable. The food was so good. I was glad I paid for half board. "The staff was very friendly and entertaining at the reception desk and in the bar/entertainment area. Most of the dining staff were very nice and accommodating. There was only one restaurant and the food choices for the three meals a day for seven days were very limited. Not much variety and the open hours were very tight. We were staying there toward the end of the season, so that might have had something to do with the variety. Closing time was coming soon. "

"We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet."
