"The hotel was in a great location close to the beach and shops easy to walk everywhere. Close to bus stop A2 to and from the airport, the only think was their wifi was slow."

"The hotel was a great stay, the weather wasn’t great in April but the hotel had an inside pool which we used quite a few times during our stay, staff across the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing and fresh. Location was very close to party areas, beach, bars and restaurants you can also catch the bus for €2 to palma central (only cash) or even the mall. The only downfall for some can maybe be for light sleepers but I believe you find this across Mallorca, although this wasn’t the case for us you can hear those next door so I wouldn’t imagine on high season other than this we would definitely come back during low season. "

"First time at an Iberostar and the Waves Cristina team really do you look after you. I was also quite surprised with the level of activities/entertainment on offer. A clean hotel and the staff really are the people that make this hotel - every single person we encountered just wanted to look after us and were always cheery and happy. "I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back! "

"During the rain, I simply hopped on a local bus for a tour of Palma's historic sites. Otherwise, I was walking in the sand or to one of many nice restaurants!!"
