"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"Hallo, wenn Anreise/Abends ist Finca sehr schlecht zu finden!! Keine Beschilderung und haben ca. 1 Stunde gesucht! Finca ist selber einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber! Einziger minus Punkt (wenig Geschirr und am Anfang keine Kaffeemaschine! Besitzer sehr nett und hat sofort mit einer Kaffeemaschine geholfen! Sehr schöner Urlaub Fa. Martischewski"

"Front of cooker needed a good clean didn't look as though it had been wiped down properly. Issue with water supply to property for 2 days which was not ideal having young children and an elderly relative"

"The house was in a great location within walking distance to some very good restaurants and short driving distance to super beaches. Well equipped kitchen should you want to cook. Small bathroom upstairs but clean and adequate. Outside courtyard very private for eating outdoors. Good communication with host. Santanyi is a great place to holiday close to many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The town has a very friendly atmosphere with good market Wednesday and Saturday."

"Don't expect superfast wifi or high pressure spa type showers here, but do expect to leave this lovely agroturismo feeling happier and more relaxed after your stay. The place is the genuine article: clean, comfortable and run by a lovely Mallorcan family. The breakfasts are mostly from on the farm produced food. Big pool and a great evening view from the balcony of the jumior suite- The biggest assets are the family. Muchos gracias, we'll be back!"

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr wird sehr laut gearbeitet. Den Grill wie auf den Bildern gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein abgenutzter Grill aus dem Baumarkt bereit. Eine Nacht...

"bis auf die fehlende Spülmaschine, die bis zu unserem Aufenthalt noch in der Hausbeschreibung aufgeführt war und einem Problem mit der Gasflasche (wurde zeitnah vom Besitzer ausgetauscht) hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem charmanten Haus. Die Aussicht von der hinteren Terrasse und der Dachterrasse war traumhaft. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber ein paar Mal haben wir uns kurz darin erfrischt."

"Casa PIENA di formiche e lavastoviglie rotta. Scriviamo alla struttura per segnalare i problemi riscontrati e loro chiamano un elettricista che entra in casa a nostra insaputa. Non c’è mai stato un contatto con l’host (neanche al check-in) ma si deve sempre aspettare che l’agenzia risponda. Buona la posizione, ma tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare."
