"Its not our first time here and we always enjoy the location and premises, however I do have one constructive criticism to make. We booked a poolside room and reasonably expected a room with a patio onto the pool as we have had before. On checking in I was told that we are on the second floor, when I queried that I was told that the ground floor was booked out weeks ago but the second floor was available also with a view over the pool. Thats not what I wanted and the booking was not clear at all. The rooms over the pool should be advertised as "pool view rooms" so that it is clear when you book. If the pool side rooms were all full when I booked, fair enough, but then dont tell me that the second floor rooms are the same as the ground floor. Also we had elderly parents with us who cant use the stairs so in the end we had to move to the main building with am lift. I ask that the management here be clearer with descriptions of the rooms. "

The bbq, alfresco area, games room and the community bathroom area was very impressive with regards to cleanliness and was obviously updated. We were rapt to be able to have our dogs with us who were also welcomed. We will be back!"

"The property photos were misleading and did not reflect the actual property. The kitchen, dining and bathrooms were totally different from the photos. They also said the spa was private but in fact all other rooms surrounding the property could see us. Also upon arrival there were no gowns so we didnt use the spa, whichwas one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. They never supplied us with any gowns during our night stay, which is very disappointing and misleading. This has put me off using Wotif. The Place was run down and not what we expectedfor the price. "
