Great family house
We had a wonderful time away at this spacious family home in Rye. It had all the amenities + the fun of a great basketball area and ping pong table. So close to access everything the peninsula has to offer, a great getaway!

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the house in Rye. The location was fantastic, close to local attractions and just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was tidy and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Stayed at the property with two families and grand parents. Was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Had lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. Location was perfect. Not near main roads and only a short stroll to the beach and shops. Highly recommended 👌

Loved our stay over Easter. The property had everything we could need and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Honestly a great house for an extended family getaway. Loved it and could quite easily have stayed longer.

Lovely large house, clean and well maintained (feels new) and very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, nice new bathroom towels and bedding. Perfect for 2 families with kids, though 7 adults enjoyed just as much!

Fantastic house
We had an amazing stay here with the whole family. House was great fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay. Adults teens and littlies were entertained with the bball court and trampoline. Host was great in communicating with us. I would highly recommend this house.

Lovely and bright
We had a great stay. The house was clean and had lots of lovely light. The backyard was perfect for the kids who enjoyed the basketball court. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need, no shortcuts here. It was lovely to cook in and the plates etc were of a high quality. Bathrooms were also great. Kids beds were uncomfortable, but other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Nice location.
