The house has several ceiling fans throughout, a large split air-con unit which filters through the property, pedestal fans and other smaller heating units for bedrooms if required during winter.

This property is a short drive to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and some of the many golf courses and wineries on the Peninsula.
It is also only a 5-minute drive to the main street of Rye there is plenty to do and keep you entertained. Browse the many shops and cafes in the area, visit the local markets and of course the beautiful beaches. The Rye carnival operates on the foreshore from the start of the Christmas school holidays until Australia Day weekend.
