"The layout of the house was spacious and the rooms were bigger than expected. The check-in was one of the easiest I’ve had on here. There was a nearby lake area that was a huge bonus! And the downstairs tv/game area was so nice to have when I had family over for dinner. Loved everything about this place!"

"Absolutely beautiful home! We were in town for a baseball tournament at LakePoint Sports Complex which was about 30 min away. It worked out perfectly for a few families to stay together. Home was very clean, spacious and accommodating, even had great outdoor space/seating areas. Home had everything you could need while traveling. Owners were amazing and always available for any questions."

"We enjoyed our stay at this Woodstock Cottage. It was clean and served our needs perfectly. We were close to the East Cobb Baseball Complex and that is where we spent most of our time. The property looks just like the pictures. Very cute! I would definitely recommend if you are coming to that area."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was adorable. Very family friendly, as well as pet friendly. There is a secure fenced area for your dogs. There is plenty of parking. The area and the neighborhood was peacful and serene, especially after traveling thru Atlanta. I would highly recommend, and hope to stay there again some day. "

"We just finished a week stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating and kept great communication. The house was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed using the pool at the clubhouse and kayaks off back deck. The kids really liked watching all the deer that came through the neighborhood everyday like clockwork. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the greatest during our stay which made some of the roads a bit dicey for my vehicle, but we managed. If you know the neighborhood, it is up...

"The property was awesome for our family gathering. We had plenty of room and the outdoor pavilion was great for entertaining. The bedrooms were comfortable and the parking was great. Some of the light switches were confusing, but it didn’t affect our stay. The hot tub was enjoyed, however I wish there had been more instruction on how to set it up. Luckily, since we have one, we figured it out easily. I highly recommend this property and may use again for other family gatherings."
