I had to move rooms because the air conditioner went out and the second room they put us in the toilet was running all night the shampoo had hair on it from a previous guest the bed was uncomfortable.

Lack of efficiency, arrogance of staff. Unprofessional management. Promise one thing to deny when questioned about the bill. Rooms smell of mildew, musty smell. Wet carpet from a/c. Door to room non functional, door was left open while our personal belongings were in the room after lock was taken off.moved rooms 3 times. Was told by young arrogant man we can use paper clips to keep darkening shades closed… promised to have one night for free, still waiting for credit. Charged for checking out early, my stay was from 7/31-8/4. Checked out on the 4th. The lack of professionalism and respect is to say the least, disgusting. When we were thinking of staying until 8/11, we were told that we could stay for the same room rate from the original booking. Once again, that decision was retracted at check out. Charged different rates every day, was told I only had a two day special… We should have never checked in especially with the “welcome” we received. Highly unprofessional. Charged my credit several times. Pool was dirty. Just overall a very nasty experience.
