"This property is well decorated, very cute, and spacious. There are balconies off of the living room area and lots of light. The air-conditioning works well. It is very close to a supermarket and easy to get taxis anywhere. The neighborhood is safe. We very much enjoyed our stay here."

"Ruzafa is easy walking distance to the science center, park and city center. This apartment is fabulous, a 4 floor walk up with overlooking views of a church. 2 bathrooms and 2 big bedrooms makes it very comfortable for two couples to stay."

"The apartment is well located but it's in very bad conditions. The floors, kitchen and bathroom were very dirty and shower had mold. Definitely it's not a 3 stars hotel. The worse part was that the apartment supposed to has parking but the owner told us that it wasn't parking available for us. At the end, we had to park the car in a public parking for two days and pay the cost. Hotels.com was very diligent and reimbursed us the cost of the parking."
