"Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."

"The apartment was very clean and excellent location. Very good communication from our host. The only problem was the apartment was very noisy. The upstairs neighbors talked and argued until 1 am every day and you could hear them walking around and opening and closing closet doors. The hallways echoed and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours slamming their doors. It’s a shame because everything else was great. "

"Ruzafa is easy walking distance to the science center, park and city center. This apartment is fabulous, a 4 floor walk up with overlooking views of a church. 2 bathrooms and 2 big bedrooms makes it very comfortable for two couples to stay."

"The apartment looks exactly as it does in the pictures & it's closed to the beach. Unfortunately, the listing didn't provide any pictures of the outside of the building. According to neighbors, construction started in April- the entire avenue is undergoing major construction and it's closed to traffic, so we had to park far away and walk with our luggage to the apartment.
