"We were in town to visit friends and this was the perfect place to stay without the hassle of a hotel. Cute, all the basics, and nice to be in the woods instead of having to be in town. We were able to grill and they were delicious! Cute friendly dog was a plus for my 9 and 4 year old!"

"This is a perfect place to stay for a weekend visit. Close to campus, football stadium and walking trails. Kitchen is nicely equipped and the house is very comfortable. Would love to stay again! "

"This property was great, clean and has everything you need and more! Communication was great and responses were quick. We were moving our son in to an apartment in town so we didn’t get to spend as much time enjoying the house and lake as we would have liked but the availability of kayaks and life vests are a nice bonus. We did bring our own fishing gear and enjoyed fishing off the dock. Would definitely book this property again!"

"This was a very nice house for a twosome while visiting Frankston. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs/messages. There is a fair amount of road noise throughout the night from semi traffic. "

"I needed a nice relaxing few days off work. This was the perfect place! It was so quiet and relaxing. I did have to work one day. I was concerned, BUT should not have been, because the wifi worked great! The hosts are so wonderful! Super nice and welcoming. Provided anything and everything we could possibly need. We did not use the pool but it sure looked nice and relaxing. The doggies, piggies, kitties, and horses made it so much more relaxing. Thank you Jack and Rose for allowing us to stay. "

"Our overall stay was good. The home was decorated with super cute decorations. It felt very home like and there was enough room for us all. Plenty of blankets and towels. My only suggestions are regarding a few minor things that would only help improve for future visitors. (maybe even us again next year) The back of tub was very slippery with the soft water. I’d like to suggest offering a slip resistant mat or tub stickers. My son had an incident and slipped. Although, not at all hurt....
