"The hotel is a beautiful building in an amazing rural setting. The room was spacious and luxurious and the food at breakfast and dinner was superb. The staff were all really friendly and helpful especially Dave the concierge and Shirley the breakfast waitress, who really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. "

"Had a conference for the weekend and it was ideal to stay at the same place. The lunch options were good. The buildings/rooms are a little dated, and given the reason for my stay were fine. I wouldn't book to stay for a relaxing weekend where I'd be making more use of the room"
