"The location and size is great, this place has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of attention. It needs a deep clean. For example there was a lot of cob webs, the chairs outside were very dusty, those details matter. The bed is sinking in the middle. Also the place needs a lot of repairs, for example there was a loose floor plank, and the bathroom door is coming apart. The coffee station is not appealing. Overall this could be a great little place but it appears no attention has been given...

"This little walk up guest house has excellent light threw the large windows. It is cozy and really does have everything. The experienced hosts are so nice too. "Cute little spot in the woods. Beautiful trees, very quiet. Very close to Lake Gregory. Cabin had everything we needed for a family of 3. Hard to get to at night roads are a little confusing, so I suggest going during the day. Everything was great, the little electric fireplace didn’t work, that was our only hiccup. "

"We loved the location. The unit had holes on the ceiling in the shower and in one of the bedrooms. They were covered, but they still scared my daughter, and were quite unsightly. We are a family of four that stayed for three nights. Only four bath towels were provided, and one wash cloth. At least a second set would have helped. Also, no floor coverings/bath mats in the bathroom and with two kids water gets everywhere. There was a discrepancy for check out time between the email (11am) provided...
