"Hotel was centric. We were able to walk to several landmarks including the Eiffel Towel. The room itself was comfortable. As family with small kid we appreciated having a washer/dryer in the suite. The breakfast was amazing; the lounge was a little small and felt little bit packed. The personnel speaks English and Spanish; very helpful with getting us information on transportation to move around Paris. "

It is in the perfect location-short walk to metro station, eateries, shopping and sites. I visited most if not all the arrondissements during my stay and I feel that the 3rd is one of the most ideal locations. It was so quiet during our stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. "We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 girls - 5 and 8 year old). We stayed in the family room for 4 people which is located on the first floor. You will not see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel unless you are on the 3rd floor. The hotel is located very close to the Eiffel Tower (about a 5-8 min walk). The hotel is also located very close to a subway/metro station (8-10 min walk). The room came with a sofa bed that slept 2 and 2 twin beds put together. However, if you have the sofa bed pulled out, there will be VERY little room left to walk around. Therefore, my husband and I decided to put up the sofa bed and have one of our kids sleep on the couch and the other girl sleep with us. This way there was some room to talk around the room. The flooring was tile which was nice (we hate carpet). The bathroom was kind of small but that goes along with Paris. There were 2 TVs in the room. There is not much storage space in the room. There is a small closet to hang clothes. We had 4 carry-ons with us and 2 kids backpack and had to get creative on how to store them away within the room. The room came with a kettle and cups to make coffee/tea (we didn't use it). The hotel was undergoing remodeling so there were a lot of remodeling material right outside our door. The staff was super nice and helpful with anything. We had breakfast once at the hotel and it was good (boiled egg, ham, pastries, crepes, fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, pancakes, etc.). The place was overall quiet. "
