"We touched down in Zurich at 8 am after a long 10-hour flight with our two kids, and we couldn’t believe our luck! The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. "Staff were excellent - we arrived quite early in the morning, and whilst we weren't expecting to be able to check in early, we went off exploring and they whatsapp'd us as soon a room was available - much earlier than anticipated, and was quite welcomed after a long flight. The rooms were clean, convenient to the Enge station (only 2 stops from Zurich HB) and the overall stay was great, thanks to the staff."
